How we price
- We don’t price by page count - we price by how much of the work is custom
- Every quote is scoped in writing before work starts
- Packages below are starting points; anything outside them gets a custom quote
- All prices exclude domain, hosting, licences and gateway fees - see Section 6

6. Hosting & Domains
Hosting is never included in a project price. It’s a recurring cost, so it’s paid for recurringly - quoted separately at signing and reviewed each year.
How it works
The default: you own it, we manage it.
The hosting account and domain are registered in your name, on your payment method. Trinprise holds admin access and handles the technical side - deployments, SSL, updates, monitoring - as part of your care plan.
You keep control of your own infrastructure. If you ever move on, nothing switches off and nothing needs recovering from us.
If you can’t pay an international provider
Most hosting providers require a card that works internationally. If that’s a problem, we offer Hosting Handled:

Domains
- Domains are always registered in your name - this is not optional
.com and similar: roughly GHS 250–400/year at cost.com.gh: roughly GHS 300–500/year at cost- We’ll register it for you and bill at cost, or walk you through doing it yourself

Email hosting
Website hosting doesn’t include business email. For you@yourbusiness.com, we recommend Google Workspace or Zoho Mail, billed directly by them per user. We’ll set it up for GHS 900 one-off.

8. Terms
Payment
- Projects under GHS 30,000 - 50% deposit, 50% on delivery
- Projects over GHS 30,000 - 40% deposit, 30% at midpoint, 30% on delivery
- Consulting and care plans - invoiced monthly in advance
- Work begins only after the deposit clears
Scope & revisions
- 2 revision rounds included per phase (design, then build)
- Anything outside the signed scope requires a written change order
- Change orders are quoted separately before work continues
Client responsibilities
- Content, logos and assets supplied within 14 days of kick-off
- Delays beyond 30 days incur a 10% re-mobilisation fee
- One named decision-maker for approvals
Hosting & domains
- Hosting is billed annually in advance and is never included in a project price
- Domains are registered in the client’s name in all cases
- Trinprise is not liable for downtime, data loss or service interruption caused by the hosting provider
- Hosting fees are reviewed annually and may change in line with provider pricing and exchange rates
- Sites can be migrated to a client-owned hosting account at any time at no charge
Delivery
- Full source code handed over on final payment
- 30 days of free bug fixes post-launch (bugs, not new features)
- Training session included on Business tier and above
